AIM is a regional men's ministry of Southern Maryland. Providing a non-denominational Christian brotherhood network, we focus on connecting men across denominational lines through localized small groups and equipping them with scripture-based tools for spiritual growth.

Our mission is to encourage and equip men across Southern Maryland to know Jesus Christ, grow together in faith, and make Him known through leadership, discipleship, and service in our homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

Our vision is to see men transformed by Jesus Christ, strengthened through brotherhood, serving with humility, and faithfully leading their families, churches, and communities for the glory of God.
